Jevon Kearse Leaves Stadium After Learning He’s Inactive – 30 Points

Jevon Kearse was apparently so upset about being inactive against the Colts that he left the stadium completely.  That’s right… he took his ball and went home.

Usually you’ll see inactive players on the sidelines… you know, cheering on their teammates.  Every once in a while, though, you find someone selfish enough to simply skip the whole affair.  Because, after all, Jevon Kearse probably loves him some him.  It’s not about team… it’s about my personal playing time.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Vince Young is actually more mature than Jevon Kearse.

I should note that there is no official explanation being given for why he left.  Coach Jeff Fisher is merely saying “It’s between he and I.”  That’s curious, I think.  Because if there was some non-selfish legitimate reason, such as a family or health crisis, then Fisher would simply say “He had a family emergency and we allowed him to leave to take care of it.”  But he’s not saying anything like that… which makes me think Kearse just had a tantrum.

Fisher says he won’t be fined or disciplined.

Anyway, Kearse and the Titans just earned their owners 30 points.
