The NFL has just handed down $125,000 worth of fines for the New York Jets mishandling of Brett Favre’s injury late last season.  They fined the Jets organization, the owner, and then-coach Eric Mangini, who now coaches the Browns. That means if you have the Jets or Browns on your roster, you just earned 30 points (Mangini’s fine earns points for the Browns because that’s the team he’s with when this fine is handed down). Poor Leodis McKelvin.  All he had to do was take a knee.  Instead, he returned the Patriots kickoff by running out of the end zone and straight into Fumbleland.  We all know the rest of the story, right?  Tom “Stetson” Brady heaved his second touchdown in 70-some-seconds to win a game they should have lost. Then McKelvin made it worse on Monday by saying if he had it to do over again, he’d still run out of the end zone.  Apparently he’s the kind of guy that doesn’t learn lessons.
