Wow. The hits just keep coming. I’m not sure how any team can field a full team by the year’s end.
Here are the latest PQEs:
Tampa Bay’s Dirk Johnson is done for the year. 60 Points
Tampa’s Torrie Cox is also done for the season. 60 Points
The Giants’ Antonio Pierce is out for the rest of the year, only piling on to that team’s injury woes. 60 points
The Redskins tight end (and blogger extraordinaire) Chris Cooley is headed to IR as well. 60 Points.
And now for one so big it deserves to be separated from the bullet-list: Panthers’ Jon Beason has...

Hey guys.
I’m actually on vacation this week, but never fear… I have WiFi access and intend to keep the updates coming.
There might be more of that whole “dump six PQE’s into one post instead of each getting their own article” kind of thing–like this post itself is! But I’m working on updating the leaderboard, and intend to have it posted sometime tomorrow. Just thought I’d give you the heads up on all that.

Ravens cornerback Fabian Washington is out for the season with a knee injury. 60 Points.

Remember our first PQE ever (it feels like it was only yesterday), when Shawne Merriman was arrested for assault but never actually charged? Now he’s being sued by the alleged victim, Tila Tequilla.
You might remember she accused him of shaking her and choking her. Some witnesses countered that Tila was drunk and causing a scene and threatening to drive. Hey, what are the odds that someone with the last name Tequilla would get plastered?
Anyway, civil lawsuits are worth 60 points in this here league, so congrats to Merriman and Chargers owners. Something tells me this will probably end in...

Tom Cable now stands accused of domestic violence by two different women, including his ex-wife and a recent ex-girlfriend. Now, these aren’t actual charges, or from the looks of it even official accusations. Seems like two women just saying he hit them… to a news show (instead of the police).
But because of Cable’s other violence issues this season, I felt this was worth a PQE.
Remind me not to piss of Tom Cable, okay?

Tampa Bay Buccaneers guard Marcus Johnson was found by police asleep at the wheel… with his car in the middle of an intersection. He blew a 0.199. That’s a DUI, folks. A serious one.
65 Points to Bucs and Johnson owners.
He’ll probably get five hours of community service and a nice card from the judge, because he’s a famous NFL player and all.
