Robert James plays for the Falcons.  I should say he “plays” for them… because he sat out his first season with an injury, and then played most of last year on the practice squad. Chargers wide receiver (for now) Vincent Jackson has been suspended three games by the NFL for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.  This is due to his DUI arrest late last season.  Virtually no one is surprised that this has happened.
