The Titan’s Jason Jones was ejected from today’s game versus the Texans for throwing a punch. That’s 50 smackers for you Jones and Titans owners. Brace yourself for a fine as well, which I’m guessing will come this week.
More to come… busy day in the NFL.

Technically two PQE’s here, guys. Flozell Adams of the Cowboys and Gerald Sensabaugh were both fined today, according to ProFootballTalk.com, each for a different infraction in last week’s game against Tampa Bay. Both fines were for $5,000.
Adams hit another player in the head “unnecessarily” and Sensabaugh committed a horse-collar tackle.
Bad for them… good for you. Because the incidents were separate, so are the PQEs. That means, if you have Dallas on your squad, you just earned 60 points. That’s reason to celebrate right there.

It’s League Fine Day in the NFL today, and it continues with Philip Rivers. On Monday night, in the opener at Oakland, Rivers was flagged for taunting an Oakland player by leaning down to yell at him and then spiking the football near him. You might remember it… especially if you have him on your Fantasy UnSports roster (you already scored points for the taunting itself).
Another 30 points are headed your way, now that the league has seen fit to slap him with a fine for the shameless display of being his bratty self… a whopping $7500 (because taunting is far worse than actually...

Remember that little tiff between Santana Moss and Corey Webster during the Week 1 game between the Giants and Redskins? No? Well I do. I actually watched that game (Giants looked good). Turns out the league saw it too… and decided they needed to set an example for those two schoolyard hooligans.
They’re each $5,000 poorer after the league fined them today.
Because $5,000 grand will make a huge dent in a millionaire’s pocketbook. How many NFL players out there just said to themselves, “Man, five grand? Shoot… I’ll gladly lay down five grand if I get to...

Okay then.
As soon as I post something about it being a slow news day… boom, a bunch of new PQEs hit.
This one involves Arizona Cardinal safety Adrian Wilson, who hit a dude in the head last week. Ouch. $10,000 fine for you, sir. And 30 points for us!! Well… 30 points for Fantasy UnSports managers with either Wilson or the Cardinals on their roster (probably not too many of those).
Fines like this are only going to increase in frequency as the league grows more and more concerned with concussions and player safety.
